Our Infrastructure Team works behind the scenes to keep the tram network safe and secure for everyone. They manage, maintain and repair the essential infrastructure—including tracks, buildings, equipment and the overhead electrification system—ensuring everything that supports the Metro service is in top condition for reliable and safe travel.
Our Service Delivery Team ensures the smooth and reliable operation of our tram network. They are responsible for planning, allocating, directing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery—covering both the operational network and tram services—so that journeys run safely, efficiently, and on time for our customers.
Service delivery roles include Network Controller, Customer Experience Officer, Crew Supervisor, Operations Planner, Drivers, Manager and more.
Our Rolling Stock Team ensures that every tram in the Metro fleet is safe, secure, and ready for service. They manage all aspects of maintenance and repairs, including electrical and mechanical works, fault investigations, bogie overhauls and wheel profiling using the wheel lathe—ensuring smooth and reliable travel. Through their expertise, we consistently deliver a safe, dependable and sustainable service for our customers.

Our Commercial Team is focused on delivering a safe, secure, and reliable transport service while attracting and retaining customers through improved experiences. They manage revenue generation and recovery, support customer engagement and use data insights, communications and colleague involvement to enhance the overall service across our network.
Our Finance Team plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. They manage strategic budgeting, oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records and ensure effective cash flow and cost control—helping us deliver a reliable and sustainable service for our customers.
Our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our colleagues, customers and the wider network. They manage and continually improve our health and safety procedures, implement ISO-accredited management systems, carry out audits and enhance training to maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
Our HR Team is committed to supporting the recruitment, development, and well-being of colleagues across the network. They ensure we attract and retain talented individuals, foster growth through training and support and maintain a positive working environment—all while complying with national and local employment legislation.
