What do I do if I’ve lost something on board the tram?

🧳 Lost Property on West Midlands Metro

If you’ve left something on the tram, please contact our Customer Services team:

  • 📞 Call: 0121 502 2006 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00)

📍 All lost property is taken to our Potters Lane depot in Wednesbury. Please bring valid ID to claim your item.

🗓️ Items are stored for 28 days, except perishable goods, which are kept for 24 hours. Unclaimed items may be:

  • Donated to a local charity
  • Or, if of significant value, handed to the Police
